- The second single is another collab with Dua because she’s a main pop girl now and BPxDua is everything

- Virtual concert

Q4 2021:

- All girls doing variety and cf promotions

- A short reality series (maybe 10 episodes)

- A second virtual concert

2022

Q1 2022:

- Jisoo solo

- New lilifilm (choreo by lisa and cheshire)

- BP does a fierce OST for a gossip girl style japanese teen drama (their first og japanese song)

- (Finally exploring their reach and power in Japan)

Q2 2022:

- BP does pre-release single with full promotions including US radio

- Its a latin song/collab with someone like becky g (her success is huge)

- (Growing their latin audience will help MAJORLY with streams)

- BP release a full album with 8 songs and a fully promoted lead single

- They do a virtual concert

Q3 2022:

- BP promotes a post release single from the full album (making 3 singles)

- BP do variety and CF promo

- Jennie drops a high end clothing line/brand

- Jisoo announced as a drama lead

- BP summer reality show (6-8 episodes)

Q4 2022:

- Jisoo does an OST ballad for her own drama

- Two new lilifilms (choreo by lisa)

- Lisa mentoring dance on a survival show

2023

Q1 2023:

- Rose fully promoted prerelease single for solo comeback (collab with halsey)

- Rose mini album comeback with 4 full song

- Rose promotes a lead single off the mini

- BP does a japanese single album with 2 original jpn songs. a pop song and a ballad. it gets an mv but not much promo !

Q2 2023:

- BP prerelease single with full promo including US radio

- Jennie fixed guest in a variety show for the rest of the year

- Rosé promoting through april/early may in both variety shows and some music shows

- Lisa single album (3 songs, 2 solos and 1 duet with Jennie) and solo debut in middle june with promo through july

- The Album japanese version in late may/early june with 1 new japanese song + japanese mvs for KTL, LSG, HYLT and the new japanese songs

Q3

- Snowdrop release with Jisoo being able to promote it as long as she wants

- Early/middle august prelease for ot4 comeback with the comeback stage being in a western late night show and only 1 stage for inkigayo

- 3rd mini with 6-7 songs for late september with 2 songs being promoted in music shows plus the prerelease

- If any invitation for a western award shows ocurrs, let the girls go virtually

Q4

- Promoting through all october in variety shows and music shows

- Chaesoo doing some small acting activities like cameos or secondary roles during november/december

- 1 award show or 1 gayo appearance (either MAMA or SBS) or another virtual concert in late december

- Lisa fixed as a judge for another reality in either China, Thailand or Japan
