Lets face it, everyone here loves to argue

the issue isn't the argument per se but rather how does one argue their point whilst remaining respectful to the other person
I've had lots of arguments with people that were very fruitful and neither side felt as they "won" or "lost"
Where is the art of having a discussion on a topic without resorting to ad hominem attacks on the other person or their "favs".
Attack the issue at hand
ask more questions than answers
be polite and respectful
acknowledge when the other person raises a good point
etc etc

I will argue against this argument!

I feel like arguments make the arguing users get more akorns and also make thread get more posts.
Even though you can get both without users getting into arguments. (e.g. when I make a silly thread about something and my friend responds, and then I reply to her response, and she responds to me etc...)

I do love to argue but anonymity is never a good idea.

Sometimes it’s not an argument, it’s the way text comments can be perceived. Some comments even if well intended can sound like an argument especially when there are language barriers

Haha, this post is so true! Sometimes the moderation feels a bit much, but I get wanting to avoid the anon chaos. It's all about balance, right? Speaking of balance, I was just using an Interactive Unit Circle to help my kid with their math homework. Super handy!
