I listen to Style when it was release, like it but never came back to it
But after watching their viral performance where they sing live and see how they looked like they were having fun on stage makes me watch more stage about them
And it lead to Style being one of my most stream summer of the song

The issue is Hybe created the narrative about the group being visual holes and antis ran with it. I have no clue why they would create a narrative about a rookie group. I know they're competition but why sink that low to media play that?
I think people were expecting concept that required high budget but not everything needs to be flashy. I think what hurts them a bit is many 5th gen groups have similar aesthetics, so it's hard for concepts to stand out. If we're talking about just music, then I will say they're performing well because their title tracks have performed well on the charts.
I just think a lot of the hate towards this group is forced and people allowed weird narratives stick.
Well, hybe is obviously ran by a bunch of low class gangsters. So it shouldn't be shocking they'd do such a thing.

I wasn't even talking about their synchronisation, however impressive and satisfying it might be. But even regardless of their synchronisation, they're charismatic and fun on stage.

As a Bts fan I will say this. People, who want to hate, will find a way to hate. It's just impossible to fight and correct all of them. It will exhaust you. I think we should choose our fights. These comments are hurtful and it's great if you can do something about them (so your idol won't see them), but you can not stop jelaous people saying petty things and petty comments like these. These are clearly just for toxicity. But they are not toxic enough for moderators to delete them so these comments will be around. So if you can find the power in you, then: ignore them. Don't feed the hater. Do not give them or their actions attention. Social media will hide it if there's not enough engagement.
Of course if something serious happens fans are in the right for defending. But this is just petty and it will not make big waves, believe me.
Anyway. You do yourself, but I don't think one should get into the small issues. It will be a never ending black hole, wanting to suck you in. You will get overwhelmed, imo.
