Thoughts on my dad's kpop taste?

He doesn't really know much about kpop, but there is one idol he absolutely adores and another in second place. Now when I say this, he doesn't actually listen to their music or anything. He just randomly brings them up and says he misses them.

His absolute favorite idol is Blackpink's Rosé! He brings her up pretty often. I told him about her collab with Bruno Mars and he was sad because he wants to collaborate with her. He is absolutely certain she is the bestest and prettiest idol ever.

Second place - aespa's NingNing! I think he just likes her name, though. I'm guessing it reminds him of Ming Ming from the Wonder Pets. Does anyone remember that show? Lol

I hope you guys like my dad's (albeit small) stanlist. He didn't seem to care much for Red Velvet which makes me mad. I think I need to show him Twice sometime, he'd probably like some of their stuff.

They probably don't know who EXO is despite me having the most merch for them and being their fan since 2015. My mom doesn't like any pop music, she either listens to classical music or some old Irish people. My dad puts on Russian doomer music or a group called Shounen Knife. They have a song called Banana Chips that he likes.
