Immortal Songs, Yu Huiyeol's Sketchbook, King of Mask Singer, Idol Radio, Hwasa Show was amazing too. Not sure if it's count but Queendoms and Kingdoms, The Second World competition shows were great, at least the 1st season. Dancing Queens on the Road was also fantastic, Duet Song Festival.
Typical varieties:
One of my fave is Running Man, especially the early episodes in 2nd gen and early 3rd gen. I Live Alone, Camping Vibes, On & Off, We Got Married, Self-on Kode is also a lot of fun on Youtube, Midnight Horror Story if you love horror stories, Knowing Bros.

For me the episode of Infinite Note with SNSD is the most funny one i have ever seen, in general i do like Running Man and i really really liked Invincible Youth when i watched for the first time a couple years ago

Fun fact: I discovered MAMAMOO through their variety shows and they were so funny and likeable.
