It's been a while since they were in my good graces. Their songs all feel like memes as of late instead of genuine attempts at creating listenable music, with Klaxon being the Saturday morning cartoon theme song climax of this trend. I'll start looking forward to their output when they get serious.

And isle’s 2024 releases killed my hype. They were all so bad. Especially klaxon. Their upcoming release can’t be worse than Klaxon.

I prefer gidle over idle, gidle sounds much more like a group name while idle is just a normal word
