Are you kidding? 2019 was the year when smaller groups had the biggest hits, your own faves ruled the whole Kpop scene. And even myself, a so called BP hater, (at least that's what some BLINKY says on AKP) liked a Blackpink Single album. 🤣

january 2018 was the year i first got into kpop. i was in 7th grade and i remember at first i was like hmmm because i considered myself only a jpop fan, but no like the songs were too good!!!

literally so many amazing memories attached to all the songs from 2018. really a golden year for kpop

For me it's 2011, there's too many iconic songs released that year, but I feel 2018 was kind of the 2011 of the 3rd gen, when most groups were peaking and active.

And I'm skipping BIG comebacks like Bigbang, Secret, 4Minute, 2PM, Beast, Orange Caramel, Miss a, After school... because they weren't that iconic as the mentioned before and I know many ifans nowadays don't even know about some of them, but back at the time it was crazy the amount of hits and big comebacks we got from so many different groups.
