So, can we all agree that RCA doing a shit job with LISA?

At least promoting wise, when it comes to her album!

So, I just read that Jennie has 450K pre-orders already, confirmed by Columbia Records!

Meanwhile, RCA don't say anything about Lisa's album sales! I think, it's safe to say that Columbia doing a much better job! Even if Lisa sold 500K or 1M, this is a really bad PR!

I'm talking about physical sales and the promotion of her album, like Columbia did it for Jennie now, they released a statement about how many pre-orders she has.

Lisa got to perform at the Oscars. The OSCARS. And the Victoria Secret Fashion show, which while not as prominent as it once was, is still amazing. She also went on Hot Ones. Performed at the VMAs, and had a part in one of the biggest shows in the US, The White Lotus.

She has also had some really big features on this album from Rosalia, Doja Cat, and Future.

I actually think RCA is doing an amazing job getting her name and face out there, and fans need to just chill out. RCA may be backed up a little bit with the albums, but Lisa will eventually hit the numbers fans want her to hit.

I think fans are up in arms because KPOP has made people obsess over front end numbers like first day sales and first week sales etc, but at least give it a full week before tweaking out.

I think, the collabs and performances, not to mention her HBO show was handled by her own company LLOUD or whatever its name is. RCA is basically just her album distributor.

So, either RCA or LLOUD should make a statement about her album sales, unless it's actually bad, and that's why they don't want to do it, but I don't think she didn't sell at least 3-400K.

Billboard only counts US sales. You're right, but I'm not sure when they will release the numbers.

To be fair, most people don't care about this anyway, maybe it's just weird for me, because I'm more into the music industry like others.

Well, I don't know the details, obviously, but if I'm her, I would release the numbers, especially if it's much better than it looks. Bad PR is not always good.
