My ideal album of aespa (or my ideal version of Armageddon)

So guys, there is this thing I like to do. I'm kinda obssessed with it. It's to make my ideal albums or my ideal version of albums from my favorite singers. I'm probably gonna make other thread similar to this one...

Now don't get me wrong, I did enjoy aespa first full album. But if I had to make the perfect aespa album, or the type of album I want from aespa that's how it will sound:

me i'm (almost) never satisfied .

always looking for the flaws, always trying to find ways to improve the quality of everything. and even more in music which is a passion field of mine...

also i was indeed a bit dissapointed by aespa's full album, i mean i personally feel that it fell short to the quality of their tts. this version i made sounds like aespa perfection for me .

"Artistically" speaking the original version is to me the one who fit the most the concept of this era

It's aespa from different alternative universe (the good ones and the bad one) meeting that's why the album feel like it's a 2 part album

And the clash of these alternative aespa in one space feels messy and anormal

That's why the way this album is organized make people confuse and looks messy kinda like an armageddon would feel like

And i like the idea of the original version of making the tracklist and the way the album is organized just embrace the whole concept of this era

And they didn't just throw track that would fit the public and stick to the concept of this era in everything they did

i understand what you mean, but to me some songs on the record sounded like red velvet songs. others were not at the level of the tts in terms of quality in my opinion.

in my version of this record, every track is a masterpiece on its own. and that's how i like my albums .

The problem with it though, is how the hell do you top an album like that?

AHAHAHA, the thing is you're not supposed to! every album you put out should be an ALL IN. like it was the first and last album you will ever make! that's MY philosophy about albums .

also i don't like long albums, specially in kpop. 10 is the perfect number for me, plus 2 bonus/delux tracks. moreover some songs can overlap, in their sound and identity so you have to make a choice and be mindful of the album cohesion and pace.

Illusion is a A tier aespa song but i don't know where to put it in this record ... Drama overall isn't really my cup of tea, it's an A-/B+. Thirsty is really good but for an rnb song i think it's inferior to both Flowers and Lucid dream so i didn't put it. it could drag the album's pace. Kill it same, good but not great, in the same vibe i think I'll make you cry is superior.

for me each song in this record is a masterpiece. some more than others, but still. but if i had to add more songs, it would definitly be Illusion and Thirsty .
