Flashback to a ton of mys last year planning a whole boycott bc Karina was "caught" dating
The reason is: she isn't that popular gp wise and even in twice fb, BUT this means nothing tbh, idols dating, marrying, enjoying life shouldn't even be DISCUSSED in the first place (unless they pull a Hyuna..) and like what is there to say? "Omg, unnie, I know you better than you know yourself and you won't be happy with x or y" ??
I'm all for dating being normalized in kpop! Let idols have lives without feeling the pressure of crazy fans.

There were threads when the news came out OT just missed them, Chaeyoung's not popular enough, ZionT even less so, there were no pictures nor did Chaeyoung respond to the news or any comments about it so the story was kinda starved out and most of all, her previous dating news with the tattoo artist and the shirt scandals already purged her fanbase of anyone that cared about this kinda stuff.

Multiple reasons,
Yes Twice have fallen off for the general population, though they still pull huge audience for the concerts.
They are now veterans, seniors so dating doesn't matter much.
Even among Twice Chaeyoung is not one of the popular.
Anyway all that might be a blessing to idols who want to date.
At this point Twice is making a lot of money, without the accompanying negatives. They can be happy with that
