[enter-talk] OP tries to give wake up call to fans who believe Idols don't date

I don't think many date in the early years, but they do it later when their groups have "peaked" and they are close to the end. I just can't see it would be worth the attention and problems with getting cought dating at the start of the career and I doubt many members do either. But when the groups are 5-6 years old it's a different thing.

dating and fucking are different. I do believe many might to date for a while. However, I do think Idols are having sex from the beginning, at least the adults. Thats just common sense.

I'm not entirely sure what you're trying to say here. That idols don't necessarily date, but are more likely to be promiscuous instead? Because that would be one loaded assumption.

Also, adults don't necessarily have active sex lives just because they're adults (and unfortunately, the reverse is also true for children.)

I definitely think AND HOPE there is random hookups and dating.

I think its toxic of fandoms to think of their money spent on an actual product as the “idols date money” because technically by that logic your boss pays for your dates?? Like your boss has been taking your wife out on dates? Because thats his money youre spending…. Gross, greedy, ugly mindset

Well... some adults are virgins, some are celibate, some wait until marriage etc...

It kind of is. The majority of people are not dating or having sexual relations without paying because they aren’t attractive enough. A small segment of society has a high concentration of attractive people. So two things happen. A lot of celebrities, successful businesspeople, any other “high tier” people will gravitate towards idols seeking relationships with them. The second thing that happens is that idols, previously stuck in a restrictive environment, discover a new world where they experience the joy of relationships. It’s like when young adults first go to college.

This doesn’t mean all idols are sex fiends but compared to the average person their dating life is night and day.

It is unfortunate that the whole fantasy boyfriend/girlfriend is part of the allure of idols, the idols and their companies know that they are selling that fantasy to fans, and if they told the truth many so called fans would drop their faves in a second.

This has expanded with the queer baiting idols participate now in days, allow everyone to have the same fantasy, in a way it is fair, exploit fanboys and fangirls of all sexualities for the money and fame.
