Doing this in February is kind of ridiculous. I also don't trust them at all after the multiple fiascos at their international locations last year.

also even UFC had problems of doing event in mainland China and they've did it just not long ago but in Macau
overall if you look at world map you will notice that Philippines are in same latitude as Venezuela, Sudan, Chad, South India and all that, what comes to mind when thinking about those countries? IT'S HOT there all year around
avg temperature in late February is 27°C, the high during day would be 31, the lowest is actually... 22°C even if it won't feel like summer it will still have spring vibes
I saw videos on youtube from Manila in february usually men wore then t-shirt and shorts or t-shirt and long denim pants, ladies wore some shirts and skirts as well, so as usual in such event which is usually held outdoors... there just shouldn't be rain and/or heavy wind, then all will go well

It was cancelled, because they had no idea what they were doing and changed their minds several times before giving up. The Taipei show was also "postponed" aka cancelled. At least no one died this year... I think?
