So recently in therapy I started writing out letters to better understand my emotions and processing them, my grandparents passing around the same time hit me hard. I deal with a lot of mental stuff and body issues, and it’s just been something nice to do.
Writing them in my phone just doesn’t hit the same. I need medication to sleep and writing out a letter just clears my head making it easier to sleep. Is it 1:40am right now yes but considering I would only be in bed at 4am just last year I think it’s cool!
If you ever want to send a letter totally do it! It was pretty cool and cost me like $5 or something. I sent one to my mum and step dad. I wasn’t always the best kid and I’m excited to hear back from them once they get it. Thankfully no errors with putting the address in the system so fingers crossed lol!
