Sometimes when I'm really really tired I go to take a nap, close my eyes and when i wake up its like 2 hours later but I either feel like I didn't actually sleep or I felt like i just rested for 20 minutes.

I don't take naps so I wouldn't know :x but I've slept for like 5 hours and it felt like a week.. I like those deep kind of sleeps

Always all the time, that's probably the reason why I'm sick. Like I have work every weekdays around 9am-6pm then I go to sleep at 2am and end up waking around 4am
Yeah naps shouldn't be longer than 20 minutes because you'll end up going into REM sleep and not completing the cycle which messes with your circadian rhythm and makes you feel groggy like that
Well i never feel groggy but i literally feel like i closed my eyes for one minute and then opening them a minute later. Kinda like blinking

oh this happens when i sleep too. I got to bed at like 11 and wake bake up at 7 literally feeling like I got no sleep at all.

and it take me a whole 20 minutes to fall asleep

yeah by the time i get into the sleep zone, my alarm goes off and wakes me up
Then put an alarm for after 40 minutes, that way you have 20 min to fall asleep and 20 min to nap. Try that

Not usually. Maybe sometimes but usually I feel really drowsy when I sleep. But I do know what you mean, sometimes I wake up from naps and it's like no time has passed. Maybe time feels a lot shorter, even if the sun goes down.

Yes and when it would happen during actual school, i would be like "Oh shit i'm late" of course only to realise its 7pm not am

almost everyday, it is truly annoying, especially since i have to go to school in the morning.
Yeah I do, the longer I took a nap, the shorter it feels
