I wish people in other communities would stop overreacting.
Yes, we know Kanye is a problematic person who has said some vile things, but they're kidding themselves if they think K-Pop idols or Korean entertainers stay updated on that like people in the West would.
Also, NewJeans was far from the only celebrities there. Multiple celebrities attended, but for some reason, people are trying to create weird narratives about NewJeans (and both Haerin and Hyein didn't attend, since they're minors).

Who is overreacting? If you're going to openly show support for someone, as a public figure yourself, don't you think it would be wise to at least inform yourself on that person's history before doing so, regardless of your nationality? He doesn't become any less of a complete shithead when he's overseas, so the location of the other people involved is hardly relevant.

If there's one thing I'm definitely NOT, it's jealous of Kanye fans. I could never. This is now a new low for both them and yourself.
