LOTR vs The Chronicles of Narnia

Which do you prefer?

I feel like those two often get compared because of the fact that J.R.R Tolkien and C.S. Lewis were friends and rivals.

For me, I prefer Lord of The Rings.

I have read the books and watched the movies.

I have also read The Hobbit and watched the movie trilogy. (well... I much prefer the LOTR movie trilogy)

And well... I'm going to pretend The Rings of Power doesn't exist, but I haven't watched that television series.

I have sometimes thought that Narnia is too "weird".

Even though when I was a child, I kinda liked the Disney movie adaptation of The Lion, The Witch and The Wardrobe.

I have watched TLTWTW and also Prince Caspian. I don't think that I have seen the third movie.

I have read The Magician's Nephew and TLTWTW. Sometimes I have also watched to read Prince Caspian.

But one part of The Lion, The Witch and The Wardrobe always makes me emotional...

Another reason I prefer LOTR, is because Narnia is maybe also a bit too "childish" for me.

Well... I was thinking that there might be someone out there, who prefers Narnia.

But according to poll results, it seems like I have been mistaken.

I did also clarify the reason behind the comparison.

And well... because of you I feel like listening to some of my favourite Stray Kids songs while reading a Narnia book.
