How do you think people will vote for president on Election Day?

  • I just saw the Protect The Vote website via Trump's campaign website.

They are ensuring that every vote is counted legally by making it harder to vote, hence the "Legal Activity" section on the website.

Do you think we'll vote the same as before or would we require a new way to vote as recommended by Protect The Vote?

  • I think that Republicans, like before, will do everything they can to make it hard or impossible for people to vote that they expect will not vote for them.

After seeing Project 2025 and the wacko plans that Republicans are making, I hope for the sake of Americans that Trump won't win.

In the end, the Republicans are there for the rich and making the rich richer, and they pay lipservice to religious sentiments to get others to vote for them too.

For the benefit of people here who may not know much about USA politics, perhaps you could post some evidence to back up each of these four rather hysterical Democrat Party talking points?

  • Federal level has no voter proof of citizenship required for voting. Only a check the box as proof is on Voter Registration forms.

Many States require proof of citizenship that covers electing State Officials. That still allow non proof voting, that only count President office votes.

Check the Box registration does have public records search to verify citizenship.

Proof of citizenship on the Federal level would close this loophole. All US Citizens have a SS# and everyone has it memorized. Now only a secure mailing method is required.

  • For the benefit of people here who may not know much about USA politics, perhaps you could post some evidence to back up each of these four rather hysterical Democrat Party talking points?

What you actually seem to want to say:

"I want to act as if this is not true and therefore use the word hysterical".

Calling women 'hysterical' is a favorite tactic by conservatives, whenever a woman speaks up.

Just another good reason to not vote for conservatives.

  • Actually so many articles about this topic that I didn't know where to start!

These are not news articles - they are opinion pieces put out by state-affiliated media. Independent journalists look at the same facts and come to completely opposite conclusions about the intent of ballot reform and Project 2025. Of course these things terrify entrenched state actors - unelected bureaucrats who are facing a massive curtailment of the power they have arrogated to themselves.

Democrats Continue To Spew Lies About The Contents Of Project 2025

If the Republicans are for making the rich richer (an old slur - they are actually for making everybody richer by curtailing big government expansion), how come the vast majority of American billionaires support the Democrat Party - and are doing everything they can to force Biden and Harris out of office prematurely? I thought they cared about democracy? ¬‿¬

  • The talking points from the left regarding Project 2025, are lifted from a document called “The People’s Guide to Project 2025”. It was created by a group called “Democracy Forward” chaired by attorney Marc Elias.

Elias was previously with the law firm of Perkins Coie, and served as general counsel for the Hillary Clinton 2016 presidential campaign and John Kerry 2004 presidential campaign. His firm is the one the money for the Steele Dossier was funneled through and for which HRC and the DNC were fined by the FEC.

Democracy Forward are the ones who are responsible for creating the narrative that Project 2025 does away with divorce, birth control, teaching black history in schools, etc.

Project 2025, however, wants to consolidate the U.S. Bureau of Economic Analysis and Census Bureau with BLS into one agency. While formal reorganization requires explicit delegation from Congress to go through, the Trump administration made an attempt in 2018 to bypass Congress and use other executive powers to do so.

No one wants a president to bypass Congress.

    ~~ :red-heart: QUEEN SUNMI :red-heart: ~~

  • Hey, Mr. “Registered Republican” - why would you link a video from a professional Leftist like Allen Lichtman? Since you are using Biden’s own site to defend his record, you should at least use Trump’s own site to express opinions on his Presidency - shouldn’t you?

  • Hey, Mr. “Registered Republican” - why would you link a video from a professional Leftist like Allen Lichtman? Since you are using Biden’s own site to defend his record, you should at least use Trump’s own site to express opinions on his Presidency - shouldn’t you?

Allan Lichtman is unbiased. He predicted the electoral vote winner of every single presidential election from 1984 to 2020 correctly (except for 2000, where he predicted the popular vote winner correctly)

The Keys to the White House - Wikipedia

Trump's own site can help him express his opinions on his possible second term, but he can win only the popular vote because he's seen as a "martyr," "political prisoner," etc.

His platform on his site says "Rebuild our cities, including Washington DC, making them safe, clean, and beautiful again."

He wants to rebuild Washington, DC, four years after the January 6th riot.

His platform also says "Keep men out of women's sports," and says nothing about transgender men.

We shouldn't look at only his site, but also at who would govern the country better according to facts like the economy and so on.

    Quote

Lichtman says that the lesson of the 13 keys is that it is governance, not campaigning, that determines who will win a presidential election.

Lichtman said that Trump had 4 False keys in 2019, but the pandemic came, which took down Key #5 and #6 (the strong short- and long-term economy keys), which predicted a Trump defeat in 2020.

Key #1: Party Mandate: False (Trump lost the House of Representatives to the Democrats in 2018, making Nancy Pelosi re-elected the Speaker of the House of Representatives)

That's 1 False key right there.

Key #5: Strong short-term economy: False (COVID-19 recession)

That's 2 False keys right there.

Key #6: Strong long-term economy: False (COVID-19 recession)

That's 3 False keys right there.

Key #8: No social unrest: False.

Social unrest during Trump's presidency is "Various incidents of social unrest during the term, including the 2017 protests in Charlottesville and the 2020 nationwide protests sparked by George Floyd's murder."

That's 4 False keys right there. 6 False keys minimum for a defeat.

Key #9: No scandal: False (Trump was impeached for pressuring the government of Ukraine to investigate Joe Biden, and various other scandals including the emergence of Trump's affair with Stormy Daniels.)

That's 5 False keys right there.

Key #11: Major foreign or military success: False.

That's 6 False keys right there.

Key #12: Charismatic Incumbent: False (Trump is not charismatic because he only appeals to a narrow slice of the electorate), therefore Key #12 is False.

That's 7 False keys right there.

Trump was defeated in 2020 because he achieved at least 6 False keys.

And now, Biden has 2-4 False keys, with the winner labeled as "leans Biden."

There's only one way Trump can win, and it's that Key #4, Key #8, Key #10, and Key #11 all have to be False, given that Key #1 and Key #12 are already false.

Back in 2016, everybody was saying Hillary would win. Allan Lichtman disagreed because the Keys told him that Hillary would lose because she had 6 False keys.

Remember: A minimum of 6 False Keys are required for a defeat.

Governance is the lesson, not campaigning. Trump can campaign all he wants and still lose just like Hillary in 2016.
