I don't like noodles because I've been eating them for 13+ years, and I've grown tired of them as a result. I'd rather have my own food than noodles.

There's a joke in there somewhere about Italians going hungry, but I've always found it interesting that pizza, as it is today, did not exist until after "discovery" of the "new world" since tomatoes are from there.
Ans so a world without pizza did actually exist.
And to answer, I'd eat it's precursor - focaccia! Only in Italy though. American focaccia is an imposter only called by the same name.
