What happened to Oh My Girl?

Their company stopped promoting them. Only one comeback a year, and the last two didn't make any noise. They failed to strike while the iron was hot.

They got lucky with their 2020 releases, after those, followed up by mid songs

RBW bought WM and then they disappeared, seems YooA's only one getting comebacks than the group.

Yubin is also a fixed cast on KBS’s Issue Pick and recently a special DJ for a week on Youngjae’s Best Friend. She also has had acting gigs here and there. YooA has a lot of brand deals and occasional web/TV variety appearances too.

Well they are doing festivals and shows, so they are making money.

I think the problem is that they had their big breakthrough long after their debut, five years or so. That means the company probably are a bit hesitant to go all in to promote the group compared to if they had their breakhtrough early on their contract period. And also, the kpop scene is very crowded at the top with groups like Twice, BP being dominant and lately groups like NJ and others taking over the spot light. Groups that don't have that extra hype like NJ, BM and other groups from the bigger companies will need good songs to stay in the spotlight.

But I must say both Summer Comes and Real Love are pretty good classic Kpop songs and I would say they still are better than many other songs from the years 2022-2023 even if they are not at the same level as Dun Dun Dance.

I guess they just took too long between comebacks, real love was released a year after ddd, and it doesn't help that real love wasn't a bubbly song like nonstop/dolphin/ddd and a lot of people were disappointed by the song

Bad comebacks that nobody cared about except their fandom. Company broke, member's not as famous as before. Money ran out. The list goes on.

I thought they were doing more individual stuff?
