In my personal opinion and only issue with people my age (mid 30's) is actively interacting with younger idols. Weverse, Fancalls or Fanmeets. Enjoy the music from afar and leave the events to age-appropriate people. Concerts not included of course.

To be honest, I've been living my hobbies happier in my late 20s than when I was a teenager. It sucks wanting to have merch, traveling and going to concerts/events you can't afford, cause you depend on your parents' money and authorization.

No, I do not currently feel the need to kick myself out of my fandom, funnily enough.
