every company has debt, its nothing unusual. its become bad if the revenue cant cover the installment.

i think the issue is do the debts outwiegh the other assets ...in terms of their debt to asset ratio...are they earning enough to pay off the interest from such debt

seems like only big hit had a good year and by big hit I mean mainly bts which too be honest isn't bad at all.
