The most popular company for sliced sausage / sausage to spreed on bread here reported in 2020 that they allready make 30% of their sales by selling vegetarian and vegan options

France or Italy. I will also speak up for the US here, there are so many food regions its ridiculous, you could pick a new one every day and be occupied for years. But yeah, France or Italy.
