What will be the 'Special Album' Stray Kids announced to release in 2024?

So, It was announced this year Stray Kids will be releasing just ONE standard/regular album (format still TBA). Probably because they will focus on their new World Tour that might have more stops than MANIAC Tour (42). But, alongside this regular album, they will also be dropping a special album.

But what could this 'Special Album' be?

• An English Album?
• A Season Album (Similar to Christmas EveL, released in 2021)?
• A new SKZ-REPLAY album (a compilation of solo and unit songs both new and already available on their Youtube Channel)?
• An OST Album?
• A Remix Album?

Or maybe any of the options at all. I'm really intrigued.

They most likely will go to Germany! Ticketmaster Germany has been hinting about Stray Kids a couple of times and since TWICE did concerts there and Yuna said ITZY will be going to Europe too, I'm expecting them to go.

But I don't see it as an impossibility that it's an English single album. First when you said it I thought it wasn't that likely, but I guess it wouldn't be shocking. A big part of SKZ's fandom is English-speaking so why couldn't they, when even so many other groups are releasing English songs now.

What makes me doubt about the possibility of them releasing a season album or a new SKZ-REPLAY this year is that in Step Out 2021 and 2022, Christmas EveL was announced as a "Season Song" and the later as "SKZ-PLAYER/RECORD Album", so what's the reason for creating a mystery when they released similar formats before? It doesn't make much sense for me.

At the same time, they've been releasing many unit and solo songs as SKZ-Records and announced 8 SKZ-Players (that I believe to be 8 solo songs with MVs), so they are building a lot of material for a new compilation.

So yeah maybe it's a mini with an English single and b-sides in Korean or something. For some reason I find it hard to believe they'd release an album all in English, but I could be wrong.

They've released so many SKZ-RECORD songs with more to come that I expect them to be put on streaming services at one point as well. Maybe they just didn't mention it in the Step Out video at all, but then again that'd be weird to since they announce it in previous years Confusing lol

I agree with you about the english album, but I don't know how to explain why. It wouldn't shock me (since It seems to be the natural course of the industry and their main producer is an english speaker himself), but at the same time, they've never showed interest in dropping english singles and much less albums. I don't know. Would like to see what they could bring tho.

If It's not a SKZ-REPLAY album this year, then I bet they will be releasing one next year If they renew...

Like we talked about on discord, as long as the single is still very SKZ then language isn't that important.

It's like "They never said they have interest, but never said they wouldn't do it either" so anything is possible

Hmmm... A live album. I didn't think about it before. Don't know If a JYP group has ever released one
