How do tone deaf people hear music

I know from a friend that they feel music through vibrations.

tone deaf is not the same as deaf. tone deaf means you can't hear the difference between pitch. deaf means you have hearing loss. which are you talking about?

I don't think you're going to find a tone-deaf person here. They usually don't enjoy music (although some do).

Wait tone deaf people aren't actually deaf so i believe they just listen to music just like everybody else, they just have problem signing the song accurately.
