my comment is asking about the motive for pushing injunction by siahn but you have answered it bolded. thanks. i find it hard to believe that's his only motive because tiktok's heating is not cheap and him only depending on the prospect working with warner in the future is too noble for my liking. i'm assuming a quicker cash motive.
i think it's understandable for people as young as them not understanding the legal situation of that part, but it's even more pitiful that their laywers can't be more cautionary with this case as seen as how they handle pr releases around the girls.
Siahn was a contractor with Attrakt, so presumably he was using the company's money for tiktok. But you do bring up an interesting point as he did pay for rights to Cupid, which was a point of contention with JHJ.
I believe Siahn sincerely suspected JHJ of foul play (it takes one to know one), so perhaps he was hoping a lawsuit would allow for discovery that due to the seriousness of the case could "convince" (i.e. blackmail) JHJ to concede IP for starters. I'm sure he wouldn't be adverse to a cash payout to settle things either.
