There was a football game in the WC Stadium. The Olympic stadium is unavailable untill 2026 so it was complicated to get a concert in a stadium.

The new complex in Incheon will be available in November (Finished construction)

I do not know if they have any events already planned.

From the descriptions i have read, it will be a great venue for foreigners, not so much for Seoul residents.

It is next to the Airport and there is a Hotel next to it.

Edit: Nevermind, I guess it was finished November of 2022, so it could have been available.
