I remember people dunking on Garam as soon as details about her past come out. Now RIIZE seems messy for a debut group but no one cares anymore. Their k-fans are even celebrating that they seem different from other idols. After Garam’s scandal, many people no longer take bullying accusations seriously and are siding with idols instead. Kpop stans used to cancel idols on anything, but it has stopped. Did Garam put an end to cancel culture in Kpop?
Did Garam put an end to “cancel culture” in Kpop, looking at RIIZE and their scandals?

obvious male privilege helps, Taeyong also survived a confirmed bullying scandal pre-debut, if this guy isn't dating anymore, he's gonna be fine, others like drinking or whatever other "scandals" they had were pretty mild and not even the first time it happened for kpop groups (see Baekhyun with underage drinking) and not even confirmed, aespa also had plenty of "rumors" pre-debut
