Nope, born and raised in Korea afaik.
Of course, she has a very famous dad who probably got her learning English early on in a very intensive way, like an in home English tutor or something. Even then, I'm flabbergasted at how good she sounds, without spending a day in the US, Canada, Aus, or UK. I mean i grew up with both my parents speaking Korean to me every day and my Korean accent is still horrendous at times, there are so many words i cant pronounce right even after 1000 tries lol.
