HYBE agreed with Kakao in exchange for not prolonging the fight to buy shares. Kakao is still the largest shareholder. So the deal is still valid me thinks.

I’m pretty sure the companies are paying the lawyers to be just as messy as they are lol. It’s a game of who can be the messiest.
