Curious that they are advising/threatening the girls to return (drop the case) right before hearings. I get warm uncle mixed with underworld character vibes. Wonder what makes them have so much confidence and believe 100% in the Attrakt CEO? And what makes them need to prematurely dismiss the merits of the artists' case before it goes to trial?
In a way, it's to be expected really as these associations have come out against laws that protect artists from exploitation. They are especially offended at the attempt to regulate underage idols' work hours.
But has this case about a little financial transparency in actuality become like a proxy war for entrenched Korean business interests and practices against the transition into a more accountable global standard? Is external forces a dogwhistle referring to foreign forces ( global music co's, label system, artist rights etc.)? And was the CEO's Instagram profile pic update to a Korean flag a call to arms?

But the performing artists for cupid would still be the original lineup. Wouldnt the CEO and new lineup have to pay a fee to the original members and siahn who holds the copyright for the song?
