Curious that they are advising/threatening the girls to return (drop the case) right before hearings. I get warm uncle mixed with underworld character vibes. Remember when the KEPA took Lee Soo Man's side over SM management's when he was being ousted after investors complained? Rather than being shocked by the revelations of brazen financial fraud and corruption, KEPA had some interesting takes:

Honestly it makes sense from their POV

They can't have Korea companies investing their capitals to make groups only for a international company like Warner to come by and try to sway them away and rip all the fruits and benefits.

They might as well just shut down their entire entertainment industry if Warner takes over 5050.

It just means the end of fly by night companies and internationally viable acts no longer tied to their greedy owners who only care about immediate profits

I believe it would be advantageous for the CEO of FIFTY FIFTY to consider terminating the contracts of all four current members and subsequently selecting four new members as replacements. While their composition titled "Cupid" has gained popularity, the general public remains unfamiliar with their individual identities, making the replacement process a viable option.

But the performing artists for cupid would still be the original lineup. Wouldnt the CEO and new lineup have to pay a fee to the original members and siahn who holds the copyright for the song?
