It's really similar for me. From the distance between their debuts, the members' background, one with jp members, one with sea and kr+aus members. Their PAK situation so far too actually quite similar where Twice/Ive get it first but Bp/Newjeans get it faster. The members popularity in Korea when their debut too actually quite similar where Ive/Twice have members that popular among gp compared to Nj/Bp. Ive and Nj reminds me a lot with Twice and Bp.
The arguments back then were very similar to the arguments we have today too. One thing I learned from all of this is that both group will still doing well at the end. It ridiculous to have this conversation now when Nj is not even a year old group while it will take 4 to 5 years actually to see who will end up on the very top. Especially in this 4th gen we have 4 other top girl groups in the conversation.
