Can Someone Actually Explain To Me What "ITAEWON CLASS" & "REBORN RICH" Is Actually About?

IDK what Itaewon Class actually is but there exists aparently a Japanese re-make called Roppongi Class

On the first day of attending his new high school, Park Sae-Ro-Yi punches his classmate Jang Geun-Won, who was bullying another classmate and stealing his ham and mayonnaise sandwiches. The bully is the son of CEO Jang Dae-Hee. The bully's father runs ham and mayonnaise sandwich restaurant business Jagga where Park Sae-Ro-Yi’s own father works as a sandwich developer specialising in ham and mayonnaise. CEO Jang Dae-Hee demands to Park Sae-Ro-Yi that he apologizes to his son, but Park Sae-Ro-Yi refuses. Because of his refusal, Park Sae-Ro-Yi gets expelled from school and his father gets fired from his job. Soon, an accident takes place. Park Sae-Ro-Yi’s father dies in a motorcycle accident caused by his ex-classmate Jang Geun-Won. Burning with anger, Park Sae-Ro-Yi viciously beats Jang Geun-Won. He is soon arrested and receives prison time for the violent assault. Park Sae-Ro-Yi decides to destroy the Jagga company and take revenge upon CEO Jang Dae-Hee and his son Jang Geun-Won. Once Park Sae-Ro-Yi is released from prison, he opens a ham, cheese and mayonnaise sandwich restaurant in Itaewon, Seoul.

i havent seen itaewon class but i watched reborn rich, it's about a loyal employee(song joongki) of a big conglomerate getting shot while on a mission for the company, then his soul goes into that of the grandson of the founder of the conglomerate(lee sungmin) about 20-ish years ago, so he makes use of his knowledge of what will happen in the 20 years and plan to takeover the conglomerate that caused his death

there were many dividing opinions of the ending but i feel like in general its a really good kdrama, song joongki is just amazing on another level
