LSM owns about 18.46%.

So if Hybe can acquire ~32%, with LSM they own more than 50%.

I don't care about SM or LSM but I hope Kakao does some damage to HYBE.

Hybe are cashed up and in acquisition mode, like a mini-Google but buying up entertainment companies instead. However I wouldn't touch SM with a 10 ft pole, while the big guy is getting is 10%.

Kakao is actually the really monopoly here, it’s kinda embarrassing that such a big corporation might be gg after Hybe over SM if this incident was caused by kakao nudging KE. And even KE gg after Hybe when a whole Kakao exists is kinda weird too.
