Allegedly, Sooman was ousted from SM and he's no longer able to embezzle about 40% using his private company, Like Planning, like he used to. Now that the company he founded is no longer his, he may be thinking, "I created SM, I can destroy SM". You'd be pretty mad too if you lost a source of a lot of easy money. According to this theory, Sooman loyalists in SM are sabotaging the company under the guise of incompetence: picking bad songs on purpose, delaying comebacks, creating ineffective/negative PR, pushing promotions nobody wants and dismissing promotions most people want, not debuting NCT's replacement, etc. The overall plan is as follows:
- creative dissatisfaction among key SM staff and SM fandoms so it would be easy to 'migrate' them to Sooman's NEW company
- Sooman's new company will be a partnership between himself and HYBE
- this company will have groups and promotions that the public and fans wants: next SNSD, true successor to EXO
- he will use his Chinese connections + HYBE's Western connections to create the biggest idol entertainment conglomerate in the world
