(Poll) Great looks/Average vocals or Average looks/Great vocals

Instead of great vocals, I look for voices that are appealing to my ears and I like to hear the members sing or rap. They can be average vocalists, technically.

And great looks aren't what I look for too. I always end up thinking the people I like are beautiful through my rose-colored glasses anyway, even If they aren't conventionally good looking.

So I think I don't have this preference lol

I agree with this. First and foremost for me would be music ofcourse. And part of the reason I like the music is the member's voices. There are some vocalists/rappers that are great technically but I don't like their tone/voice color or find their tone/voice unappealing and average.

And op what would you call an average person? Every single idol in the kpop industry is atleast good looking to an extent to me.

decent vocals or good vocal tone and above average looks but at the end it doesn't matter imo

Why didn't you just make the poll question: Everglow or Mamamoo?

Everybody always says they want great vocals above all else, but the sales often don't support that.

same, it's the vocal tone i care about most. i don't like high-pitched vocals and vocal flexing. celine dion is a phenomenal singer but i cannot stand her vocal color and don't listen to her. i also don't like mariah. you can't be more average than madonna but i like her vocal tone.

i don't care about the looks but all idols are pretty anyway so even if i cared i'd be good in that department

the way they sound, no questions there. vocal tone and music is all i care about. don't care about the looks, their looks is useless on spotify anyway lol. my bias isn't a visual, i picked him for his talent and his personality helped too. in my opinion for stanning in kpop personality is more important than looks, if you have both + great vocals then that's just rude lol

Great vocals - or interesting or charismatic vocals. If it’s not pleasing to my ears or standing out from the pack, I’m not pressing replay. Looks are just an added bonus. I was never really into the visuel side of things before Kpop tbh.
