Nothing really, because as the time will go on NewJeans won't be that active/dropping so many songs in same time with MV's, and what history has shown us all at some point older groups have hard time to chart 2-3 songs in melon top 10 in same time.
Also BTS will have their military hiatus. I would say the problem for other agencies isn't what will come. I will say their problem was that HYBE managed to debut two girl groups which charted amazing and they did it even before BTS members have taken a break.

Melon is dying and pretty much on a death march to not existing. It's hemorrhaged about 50% of its users since a few years ago. It's why ULs are down significantly. So it's not a good gauge anymore. Youtube Music is the fastest growing platform in Korea and used more by Mellenials and Gen Z.
But with BLACKPINK, Taeyang, GD coming back and and the big response to Baby Monster in Korea, YG is probably in better shape than anyone going forward on both domestic and global platforms. And TREASURE does as well on Spotify as most of the top 4th gen boy groups.
And YGPlus distributes and licences both digital and physicals for both YG and Hybe. So I'd say they're the real winners. Especially when you look at year end Circle Chart.
