I feel like the reason all this bandwagon stanning was happening is because big companies were debuting girl groups like every other month. ITZY, aespa, IVE, Le Serrafim, NMIXX, NewJeans, Kep1er, it was kind of ridiculous. But this year, the last of the big company 4th girl groups will be debuting, Baby Monster and the I-land girl group. Now obviously, success stans will still exist but I don't think it will be as extreme. After the debuts of these two groups, I feel like things will slow down a bit and newer 4th gen girl groups will finally have time to solidify their fandoms.

I still love ITZY though I mainly don't stan them anymore cause I no longer like their music. I just kind of fell out of love with Weeekly when they switched their concept and went on hiatus. Honestly making my username two fandom names wasn't a very good idea in hindsight

Just a transition period. A lot of 3rd gen fans jumping around as their groups become more inactive and new fans from international expansion

I like there music and visual they became my new favorite
(Gen shift not yet started until the Big 3 debut their GG)
next year ITZY debut w Dalla Dalla (I like it) follow by ICY and Wannabe like all of the song
both GG suddenly became a noise music

well whenever there's a new debut coming up people are more likely to check it out (and even more so if they are from a big company) so if there's more debuts this year then there will be more "bandwagoning" so to speak
