how do i NOT fall asleep during class ?

so i fall asleep during class and wake up like where the hell am i?

and occasionally the teacher picks on me to answer the questions & stuff or just like "you guys understand?" and im like

but point is can anybody help me with tips on how to not fall asleep!!!!!! I don't want it to keep happening!

weird thing is that it only happens in Algebra which i strongly dislike

idk i might have adhd ? what i do have is anxiety, social anxiety, PTSD & depression

but math is boring & i just try to stay awake but i can not

but i try stuff to keep me awake. sometimes i doodle or just space out real bad

I'm an adult and i work the night shift and I have to literally listen to music with my ear piece and hide it to keep focused or i would probably fall asleep on the floor lol. I'm not sure if you're able to do that in class but yeah listening to music helps me, doodling doesn't, those fidget things might. other than that i'm not sure what else could work. maybe if you got like one of those puzzle books or something and sat there doing a puzzle while pretending to give a shit about math lol

i cant really listen to music in class cause of the policy but i sometimes just look thru the book or at the clock or just at something.

sometimes i ust start fidgeting with my hands or start drawing on myself which sort of helps?

i think they are called fidget pop-its and fidget spinners but i also think now-a-days they make various other "fidget toys"

i had a blue fidget-pop it thingy but i lost it

i sometimes do that & go out and wash my face ; but sometimes helps
