There is no definite no.1 but I can see NewJeans, IVE, and aespa being the top3 in the end.

YGNGG is still a mystery but I would imagine that they will also join the top3 above based on history

4th gen is like 2nd gen with so many stellar GGs every year

I know everyone likes to say people are hopping from group to group, but I have to ask...based on what data? Is there a quarterly census I'm not aware of, or is that just a completely arbitrary statement?

I was around for the entirety of the third generation, and a little bit before that, and the rabid fandom behavior I see today isn't much different from what I saw back then.

Is it me, or is there just more competition when it comes to girl groups?

In 3rd gen, there were maybe like 5-6 girl groups that were actually really popular, and after those there was a big gap with other groups.

4th gen, it feels more like 2nd gen where there were a lot more groups that were a lot more groups charting high, and hanging around at the top, enjoying their moment in the sun of popularity and success.

Group's comeback is as good as the last, this is how 4th gen run.
