Half right, but rather than 'company fan image', the reason why Hybe on buying spree is it's to expand their business portfolio to reduce their dependencies toward BTS.

Hybe operates very differently, all of their sub-labels operate in the same building. Rather than sub-label, it's more appropriate to call them division like JYPE.

Hybe on the other hand, uploads basically all their groups music on one channel, allowing the groups to be more connected brand and image wise.

Hmmm what is SM's incentive for doing that? Wouldn't the group taking off mean money for them? Why not help promote their own group.

Might be an image thing? Perhaps sm would rather have groups they have "more control over" connected with each other. Or maybe Mystic Story themselves wants Billlie to stand more on their own. Who's to say tho? I'm merely speculating...

At least like the101 pointed out, they do have access to resources and producers that other mid tier and nugu groups wouldn't have. I think that puts them in a more comfortable position and gives Mystic Story an ability to exercise more creative freedom that we wouldn't see otherwise.

Billlie is a still a new group and I feel that their members are slowly getting more recognition. Kpop fans know Tsuki and Moon Sua is getting more known since she's Moon Bin's sister.

Before Billlie debuted the only one I knew was Moon Sua because people would talk about her existence, not because of being anyones sibling but I think she was just a famous trainee
