Mystic Story (formerly known as Mystic Entertainment) or is a South Korean entertainment company which was founded by Yoon Jong-shin. It has four subsidiary labels under it; Mystic89, APOP, Mystic Actors, and All I Know Music. They are known for managing artists like Billlie, Lucy, and Giant Pink.
Mystic Story was made through the merging of three entertainment companies. Mystic89 was founded by singer-songwriter Yoon Jong-shin. Mystic89 focused primarily on indie artists. Mystic89 merged with Family Actors Entertainment, which as the name implies focused on actors and actresses. When these two companies merged, they renamed themselves as Mystic89 & Family. They continued to separately manage music and acting.
Mystic89 merged again with APOP Entertainment in July 2014. Family Actors also changed their name to Mystic Actors this year.
SM Entertainment acquired Mystic in March 2017. They are the label's biggest shareholder. Mystic Entertainment chaged their name to Mystic Story on March 25, 2019.
