Each group differ about the reason the last biased member is the last biased. But I suppose the main reason is visuals. Sad, but I think It's true.
If the member has a less conventional beauty in comparisson to their groupmates, they have to have some massive appeal in an other area to cover it up and, depending on how much they stand out, they end up even more biased than the visuals.
Being it musical skills, variety skills, personality, interaction with fans etc.

For Up10tion I think It's Gyujin...his stuff is the easiest to find and you never see many people talk about him. I don't know the reason because he's talented, extremely handsome, and takes care of my Sunyoul. I think perhaps, he gets overlooked because he really doesn't have that many lines, he's a lead dancer but I never focus on him dancing, he has amazing vocals but it's not really that distinct.
