    Genuinely curious what's the interesting part of memeM, I think the dance is underwhelming as the song and has a lot of moves that just look random

    I didn't pay attention to 2baddies choreo when it was released but I really liked this dance practise


    Hot is of course, a fave of mine

    The choreo in the chorus is really memorable


    Itzy nope..they can do so much better

    I've heard a few of their songs but never focused on their dancing skills

    The song has an erratic beat and melody and I like the way the choreo reflects that and is sequenced with it.


    There are constant very fast formation changes as well as changes in levels (people going up or down), which again reflect the unevenness of the melody and sticks with me. I'm less concerned with a specific point move in a choreo and more about the overall choreo that makes me watch it again and again and find new things. Like Sticker is one of my favorite choreos of all time because there is so much happening in that choreo and the small elements that suit the song, like the flute feet. It's a small detail no one notices but aaaah, I was so excited when I realized it.


    From :19 to :27 for instance, the song starts kind of flowy, so the movements are slow then punch up hard when the instrumental punches up, then they split into two groups that reflects the way the instrumental and vocal are sonically moving up and down


    When the instrumental drops out, they drop too at 1:16, with the floor work matching the beats and instrumental (the kick with the snare drum).


    On the chorus, like 1:57, there's a constant shift of levels and poses, which is unexpected and off-kilter, a bit like the song itself. The obvious thing would be to be synchronized but the choreo moves from fast to static continuously.

    Unfortunately, many times NCT choreo isn't shown off as well as it could be in videos and performances. The way the Superhuman circle jump is cut off in like every performance kills me (and even in the dance practice aaarrrgggh) and the intricate details of Sticker are best seen in either the dance practice or the Choom full view. If we had Choom back then, we could have captured more of that stuff.
