I think all of them, they did not skyrocket at the top at the get go, they worked so hard for it that they have to climb the ladder on each step and each songs contributed to where they are today... Even if Dynamite was their biggest song ww, their other songs were a catalyst to what BTS have become. So I will not really point 1 song to describe them.

All of these are just huge points in BTS career. But DNA was unexpected, what they achieved with it was thought impossible, unlike when Dynamite came where people knew it would smash (not as hard as it did but still)
So I pick DNA !
Also its the start of the Love Yourself journey which is one of BTS most loved eras 
INU & Dope paved the way for SK & International
