According to their US official group page on FB it's not a CEO but a staff member that many american fans have encountered and she's a nasty woman. like....if she's this nasty Spire should get rid of her you'd think.

I am sure i wouldn't really have the immaturity to go yelling at some random korean woman but I would definitely report any abuse I witness, because a.) it's a group I really enjoy and b.) it's simply not right. And I think if Spire really cared about their group as much as they claim, they should have made a statement regarding their stance on this "woman" and what steps they are going to take to prevent further problems, according to several friends and other fans this woman is possibly the same one they have all met who is just a nasty individual. If she is ALWAYS like this, then Spire should do something about it.
