Do you prefer it when a K-Pop group sings in Korean or in Japanese?

Depends.

I like it because when it's played at 0.25 speed on YouTube, it probably makes me sleepy..

I think I prefer to listen to Kpop songs in korean because sometimes the Japanese pronunciation is not great

Personally, I prefer them to sing in Korean. I find Korean to be a very musical language as in it sounds fantastic when sung. Japanese tends to be choppy? Not sure how to explain it but I find it less fluid. The main reason why I changed to Kpop from Jpop and never looked back. Same as why I prefer Kpop vs Mando or Canto pop as well.

Does not really matter for me, I also listen to both kpop and jpop. But it's feel more natural if kpop groups sings in korean (of cource). But I like a lot of Twice's japanese songs, and some japanese versions of korean orginals sound a bit cooler in japanese.
One thing that suprises me is that the japanese releases often get so little attention compared to the korean releases. If you look at Twice it's a huge difference, at least that's how I experience it.

Depends on the group. For Twice I like both

Songs translated from Korean or English tend to sound awkward when sung in Japanese but when originally in Japanese, they sound ground.
The main reason is the syllabic nature of Korean which makes it great for Rapping but gets lost in translation.
I would say that TWICE members sound far much better singing in English when they aren't being recorded over their recorded songs which have a strong Asian accent
