where do I start....being nice ended up with me being horribly backstabbed with nasty shit being spread about me. Should have never let their inconsiderate ass guilt trip me.

once i went out of my ways to help a patient's parent for getting her surgery asap and the moment kid was out of danger they complained to our senior about how no one is helping them and facilities could have been better
that kid still comes in follow up visit and i just hate to see her parents every fucking time
