I feel like J-line are some of the most beloved foreign members in kpop so any hate, albeit expected, would be still minimal. Anyone who is already intent in hating on them will find reasons regardless of it being a Japanese or Korean promo. If Japanese, i could already hear from miles away: "wow, how dare they debut in Japan first while being part of kpop group. They don't care about korean fans. Stay in Japan you traitors etc" lol I just think a Korean promo would give them more exposure and is honestly more fun to follow for me personally
