Big Mouth - Discussion + Poll + Anyone watching? Updated ep 15 + finale

i really like the show, though i will say that i find it extremely unbelievable that Changho went from being one of the worst lawyers possible to find with only a 10% winning rate, to fooling everyone into thinking he's Big mouse, playing both sides, etc. i know it's not the same thing, but a good lawyer carries themselves well, speaks very well, has confidence in their word, and generally is good at they job yk, but he wasn't, he was terrible, so how come he suddenly is fucking great at it?

also, this might just be me, but Doha has no charisma. when they hinted at him being Big mouse i didn't believe it at all cuz there's just nothing about him and i don't know if this is intentional or if the actor wasn't at his best in the series, but he's just a dead character. there's no aura. he could've been a stone and still felt just as charismatic.

i'm also very expectant for the revelation of the content of this paper and i really don't wanna be disappointed, but they're hyping it up so much i don't know if it'll live up to expectations anymore.

lastly the revelation of the room chief being Big mouse was very underwhelming and i seriously hope it's not actually him, but that he's another stand-in.

I agree with you peachyjoon - I wasn’t also convinced of many things in this show and I put on my ‘suspension of reality’ cap and just enjoyed it for what it is.

I think it could have been cut shorter and less back and forth re who is the BM but it’s not the worst Kdrama by any means; but am ready for it to end.

you know what, that's fair. and i have mostly been doing that as well, cuz don't get me wrong - i really have been enjoying this drama. Gong jihoon and Yoo taejoo's acting has me head over heels for the series

it's a bit rushed, a bit predictable, a bit too coincidental, but it's still very enjoyable

I enjoy it so far. Can't wait to see the last 2 episodes.

I just watch ep 15 and am annoyed at how drastic they made Miho’s illness. She went into the tunnel once whereas the psycho prisoner that saved her did multiple work trips and was able to live in prison for a long while w/o proper treatment.

But for Miho, already acute stage 4!!!! Also, why is she NOT telling Chang Ho and her father. The writings intentionally milking this makes me mad because this wasn’t necessary at all - she was such a strong character and now she has to be the trigger to keep Changho to continue on as BM but a more good and benevolent one. They didn’t have to write it like this - it’s too Kdrama troupe with a major illness.

The whole episode also kept on repeating the will contest and fighting between the annoying side characters. I do not want to see fake tears of Mayor D ever again lol Ditto with Jihoon’s tantrums and acting up and running to as for BM’s help. I don’t feel sorry for Junhee, D’s wife anymore either. Enough already!! The bad guys had more screen time than our OTP lol!!!!

We’ll have one more episode to wrap things up…I hope they do it well but going in with lowered expectations. I also do agree that KDY was so under utilized and would have liked him to have a more prominent role than the annoying bad guys.

At least you will finish. I got stuck in the 9th episode, I couldn't focus on the series, I couldn't get the feeling of tension. And I found Ljs's character a bit contradictory in some scenes. This drama would flow more if it was shorter and clearer.

Episode 16 (Ending) Thoughts

The ending is so disappointing, all this dramatic lead up for 15 episodes and you end it in the last 15 minutes? Yikes....
